How do I return my purchase?
Bylinen applies a right of withdrawal of 14 days. This means that you can send back your goods 14 days after you have received them. To be able to return the goods, they must be in unaltered condition and in the original packaging, if any.
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. The right to return products do not apply if the product is specially manufactured or otherwise adapted to you, such as e.g. embroidered orders.
Can I exchange an item I bought on bylinen.se?
If you want to exchange an item, make a return and place a completely new order in the e-commerce. This is so that you can get your desired item as quickly as possible.
My package was damaged on arrival - what do I do?
Report any transport damage directly on site to the delivery point when you receive the goods. Contact our customer service info@bylinen.se to solve any problems discovered afterwards.
